Jais warns stern action against unauthorised zakat collectors

SHAH ALAM, Nov 23 — The Selangor Islamic Religious Department (Jais) will take stern action against individuals or parties collecting zakat (tithe) in the state without credentials from the Selangor Islamic Religious Council (Mais).
